Day by day itinerary

Day 1 - 2

LA PAZ, BOLIVIA

Your journey will start on arrival to La Paz, where you will enjoy a Vip Reception and be transferred to your hotel. With an impressive food scene and the gorgeous design-driven Atix hotel, this Bolivian city has become one of South America’s most remarkable places to visit. The next day, travel by cable car to visit the neighborhood of Challauma, which is unique because its buildings in adobe and brick are being painted in bright colors and motifs of Aymara indigenous women, hummingbirds and other colorful images in a macro mural that seeks to capture the soul, culture and identity of the inhabitants of this city.

Day 3 - 5

UYUNI SALTFLAT, BOLIVIA

Uyuni Lodge was designed so that travelers can take advantage of the silence and nature that surrounds them, being the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. It offers the comfort of a hotel room with a private bathroom, comfortable bedding, interior decoration and proper heating. On arrival, you will start your journey on the way to your hotel, getting to know the Stairs to Heaven, and Incahuasi Island. After a lovely resting afternoon, enjoy a yoga lesson at sunset time. The next day, you will wake at dawn and witness a magnificent sunrise. Then, after breakfast you will depart to visit the neighboring village of Tahua, located at the foot of Thunupa Volcano, from where you will start a gradual and calm hike to the viewpoints of Tunupa (about a 2h climb). Enjoy a picnic lunch in the middle of the salt flat. The salt flat almost seems like a constellation on its own at night as the salt crystals create myriads of little sparks!.

Day 6 - 7

SUCRE, BOLIVIA

The next day, on the way to Sucre, explore Potosí and its history. While in Sucre, you will discover the colonial side of Bolivia, full of amazing and beautiful architectural buildings. At night, a welcome dinner will be prepared in a private house led by chef Pablo Gumiel. An interactive fine dining will be part of this experience, learning about Bolivian ancestral food and its flavors.On the next day, you will explore Maragua Village & the Inca Trail to a paleontology site where a special picnic lunch on-site will be arranged by a chef from Nativa Restaurant. You will visit an indigenous Museum and a women’s community who will show you how they make their fabrics
