Chiloé

Being a development pole for the Huilliche culture, Chiloé has a long-standing folklore tradition of myths and legends that have blended with Christianity creating mythological characters such as El Trauco and La Pincoya. Its architecture of wooden tile buildings and houses, is one of the island's most characteristic features.
