With this experience, travelers will redefine their perception of Chilean food. Based in San Carlos de Cunaco, in Colchagua, one of Chile’s best Chefs conducts wine pairing classes and typical Chilean food sessions. Both a wine lover and cuisine fanatic, the Chef sees cooking as the essence of life and an inspiring way to share Chilean culture with the world.

In Colchagua, Chile’s most important wine destination, travelers will explore flavors and aromas, learn how to wine pairing the Chilean way, and become inspired by the Chef´s passion for alchemy inside the kitchen. In her chic yet classically decorated studio, she educates travelers to the real definition of “made-in-Chile” food by only using local products. Through her studio, travelers will learn about a cooking philosophy that boasts harmonious flavors, aesthetics, and origins.
